see for yourself From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I have been here for several years and the community has gone downhill. There are trash bags left outside of peoples' doors. Thus, encouraging cockroaches to sip on the chicken blood and other fluids running out of the bags. There is no trash pickup. That's not part of the lease, but some people seem to think so. Aside from that, there seems to be a sudden spark in the amount of air filled with marijuana smoke. I guess they think it's better to smoke outside the apartments rather than inside. Who wants that' The gates are always broken and can be a huge inconvenience when leaving out for work in the morning. It's just not the same, the tenants are different. I thought that there were requirements to get in. I assume from the looks of it that anyone can get in. Hoping things will change soon or I will be gone in a few months.
