Lodge at Shadowlake

Moving Out-after 2 yrs From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/12/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I've been living in Shadowlake almost 2 yrs now. I've seen apartments being broken into, cars with stripped wheels and tires, neighboors who had their Car evaporator stolen or handles broken, radios stolen.The leasing office likes to accuse you of breaking this rule or that without even doing any detective work. At one point they hired a guard who mostly drives aro during the day and very very few nights. After 2 yrs, i am ready to move out, prob to a much cheaper apartment. After all, we are gonna get broken into or rob then at least we the cheaper apartment, i can buy my self a renters insurance and lower deductible car coverage. Bottom line is, if you are thinking of living in Shadowlake, be very cauting where you park and be aware of your surroundings. If you own costly equipments, make sure you get renters insurance, is only $12 a month. Overall, the complex is clean and handy.
