Office Staff Is Completely Incompetent From: UofHGuy Date posted: 9/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I have lived here for 3 months now and since first move in I brought it to the offices attention that my key for the mail box didn't work, and the sink leaks all the time. None of the issues have been resolved. I also was promised a remote for the gate and a key card for the gym and billard room and have not recieved either. After confronting the office staff about these issues multiple times they managed to come up with a poor excuse every single time. My advise If you want to lease here get everything upfront and inspect the apartment thoroughly before signing the lease.
