I am in apartment 1833. I have gone to the office staff numerous times to complain about my trashy a** neighbors downstairs. Aside from smoking weed all day and making tons of noise, they leave their trash outside their door, everyday, allday. It smells and it's unsanitary, just gross. It blocks the stairwell and the trash leaks down the stairs. The office staff do NOTHING. They all say that they will "walk the property" or "send a lease violation". However, there has been nothing done and I have yet to see anyone walk around here. I have left messages in regards to this and no one calls me back, so I am trying this method. I am moving out soon and I'm happy to say that I am. If you are thinking about moving here, think again. The advertisements are false and so are the staff. No rockwall, mountain bikes, blah, blah. Don't look for it because you will not find it here. But you will find disgusting, loud people nearby. It seems as if the qualification process has been more relaxed. The residents have changed overall. The complex just doesn't look the same so think again.

Wow, I am going through the same thing. They do absolutely nothing about it. I am not kidding...everyday I find trash outside doors that leak down the stairwells. Like you said, they say thay will send them a lease violation but its all a crock! There are so many other places to live. This place sucks!
