OMG, you took the words out of my mouth. I have been a loyal resident for a few years now. The staff has become very unfriendly. I don't even know where to start. I had a maintenance EMERGENCY that was ignored for three days. Every time I would call to check on it, someone different would anwer the phone & didn't know what I was talking about. They don't even bother to listen to the EMERGENCY line for messages. On top of that, they are REALLY RUDE to the residents. We are paying their salaries. The really could care less. Their attitudes stink & they should clean house & get a new staff, quick!
