Can you please tell me what methods you are using to file these complaints. I too stay on this property and have had nothing but problems since day one. I wrote the complaint on 02/16/08 about Maintenance is a JOKE

Yes, you must file a written request for the repairs using a certified letter return receipt requested, if no action is taken within seven days you must repeat the process advising this is the last and final attempt at securing the repairs. Still no luck at that point they have violated the terms of the lease and you are free to break it, however; i would recommend securing an attorney to recoup any fees they attempt to throw at you.
If you honestly want to resolve the issue, escalate it via a certified letter to the corperate office complain DIRECTLY about the office personnel and management to :

Thank you so much for leaving the Sentinel Real Estate address, I needed that. Now maybe I can have some-what of a fair chance at resolving my problems witht the apartment complex.
