Nice place but management sucks

I've lived here twice because the place works for me. But I agree with other renters that the management sucks (I will name names if it doesn't improve).

If you are a real estate agent or broker, beware. You will never get your commission. The check is always in the mail.

If you are renter, beware. When you move out, they will bill you for damages that you never created. Also, the trash is always overfilled.

Some of the staff are nice and hard working, but the management sucks. I hope their NY corporate office will take notice.
