Lodge at Spring Shadows

Do not be suckered by this place! From: clarkw Date posted: 1/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   To say that the walls are thin is ridiculous. They are SO thin I have heard the neighbor DIALING a phone. Yes the ceiling creaks from people walking. The ceiling and walls rumble when the upstairs neighbor runs the W/D. I am currently going insane from the crying baby next to me who is so loud it is like it is in the room with me. For the rate they charge and the "luxury" quality they advertise it is bold faced rip off. I have not met one other resident who didn't have a noise problem. All the other older and cheaper apts I have lived in before have been stone quiet compared to this place. There is not enough covered resident only parking and non residents will take up all the spots which you pay for. Garages are $100 a month!The staff is friendly and tries to be helpful. The pool , spa, and gym are sweet though. Please don't waste your time here you will be miserable.
