poor management and not worth the money

Ever since I moved in here the manager Laura, has been unaccomadating and down right unfriendly. She knowingly and maliciously sent back a package (adressed to my girlfriend) because my girlfriend was not on the lease yet. We have been living here for less than a month! If that isn't enough, the first day we moved in there was a leak in the roof that flooded the bathroom. We've had problems ever since. Not to menton the a/c and garbage disposal.

Well at least there was a little truth to it. Looks like Laura sent your package back cause it wasn't addressed to you and now you get to try and trash them because you didn't want to put your live-in girlfirend on the lease.
