Upscale propery built in 1999 and not taken care of. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/4/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   New owners in May 2003, allowing anyone with $99.00 to move-in. Great original interior features and extras in each apartment, but not maintained since built in 1999. Do not expect a clean apartment or any follow-up caring from the management after move-in. Just threats if you hint you will move out early. Warning!!!! Only sign the lease agreement after you have inspected your actual apartment!!!!!!!!!!
