A Lease From Hell !!!!!!!

Do not be fooled by the leasing lobby area and model apartment. The actual apartments are trashed out dumps with no maintenance and a "-----" for a property manager.
All leases less than 12 months will have to pay for new paint and carpet cleaning on move-out.
All leases 6 and 12 months will have to pay to re-model the apartment on move-out.
Just ask for their standard move-out form you have to sign per their lease agreement.
This is the only maintenance performed on the apartments, paid for by the past residents.
