Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
Lived there for about a year. Be ready to pay for all the carpet cleaning/replacement and new paint when you move out. Regardless of how good condition you are leaving your unit. They don't spend any $ from their own pocket but charge to previous tenants for all clean up.... so they can have fat year end bonuses.....
