I've lived here since 1999, but now moving due to the deterioration of the property, security concerns and some concerns about neighbors.
Office staff turns over quite often and has deteriorated.
Maintenance has been a problem, including water outages and a few false fire alarms.
Security (lighting, broken gates, deteriorating tenants, proximity to mall) is a problem.
Don't rent here.

By the way...Office staff has been consistent for over a year.

I have lived here since the Community opened. The office staff at time concerned me. However, We got a new Manager not long ago and have consistantly had a wonderful leasing in the office. Break Ins cannot be prevented if no one shows up to the monthly meeting. Everyone needs to pull together.
