Customer Service From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/30/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   I've seen several comments from bad office staff to crime and then on to deteriorating Property' This is a wonderful community the office staff is very knowledgable and friendly. The maintenace has a great response time. Crime happens everywhere. The property looks great! I am always seeing the maintenace staff and even an office staff member picking up trash from the ground someone left behind. I say they get an A on customer service. You have problems everywhere it's what you make of the situation. I would be proud to say I am a resident at The Lodge.
