We are currently living at this apartment complex and we can??t wait to move out.
We had a 6 month lease and every month we received notification of break in entrance to apartments. In November 7 apartments were broken into in one day (Only 3 were reported to the police ). Check with the local police deparment they can give you a crime report of the apartment complex. It is obvious that the ????good ratings???? were written by the apartment staff. I only went to one crime watch meeting because it was a waste of time. It was said that ''your security is your security'' and they are not planning to put any type of security into effect. It was even said that the best alternative is to buy a gun to protect yourself in case of a break in . Let me respond to the previous comments about the gate. Management know the gate is broken because is next to the office it is impossible to not noticed the broken gates. They repair the gate at least 3 times during the month .They have signs in the gates that says ??smile you are on camera???? but they can not find the cars that hit the gate ' Of course they cant because they don??t have security cameras. Before you move into this apartments contact the police department for their review.
