I just moved in to these apts. The people at the leasing office seem nice at first...but then then everything changes once the lease is signed. They will charge you for every little thing. They tell you "hey we will give you a move in special" and then they make it up by charging for EVERYTHING. For example. I wanted to move in on a Sunday but the first was a tuesday. They charged me $50 to move in early and then my electric company couldn't turn my lights on, on a sunday only Monday thru Friday....so the apts. charged me another $50. I wanted to move in on a Sunday because I work during the week...I might as well have taken the day off because the money I made by working Monday they took because I moved in a day early. 12 months could not come any quicker...I can't wait to move.

...but they state in the welcome home packet that if you don't get your electricity turned on by the time that you move in, they will charge you a $50 fee and send you the bill that they receive for that time period. Would you have rathered that they cut off the electricity in your apartment??
