All I have to say is that when I viewed the apts. they seemed nice but from the very 1st day that I moved in, not even a year yet, until now, I still have roaches everywhere. They so call exterminate every Thursday but it doesn't help. This is the first apts. that I have been to that had an infestation problem like this. I don't know if its because I live on the first floor either but rats scratch under my tub trying to get in. The office staff told me this was because there is a Target store down the street being built. I don't believe that. They did not resolve the problem and I get a "scratch" (knock) at my tub every time its chilly outside.

I think you are talking about another apts. I dont think a Target is being built down the street.

I lived in these apartments for two years and have never had any problem with any kind of bugs... I also had not experienced any problems with the management... they seemed to be descent people, until now. It has been 3 months since I have lived in these apartments and never once received a notice that I had owed them anything for any reason, until today. I received a notice in the mail from a collection agency in Dallas saying that I owed the Lodge at West Oaks 310.00 dollars for what ever reason. Within the letter it stated that they had been trying to contact me about this bill and because of my disregaurd to paying them they are sending it to collection. This is funny. Not one single time had I ever been contacted by them regaurding any bill of sorts, they did contact my wife asking the reason why we were moving, so I know they had our number. I also made several trips to the Lodge to pick up mail over the first two weeks and was never approached with anything. This makes me terribly upset, I have never been late on any bill EVER! If this crap that was wrongfully sent to a collection agency prevent my wife and I from getting a house next year they will be hearing from me more.
