moving out soon From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I don't know about these posts claiming they are overrun with roaches. I have been here a year and have yet to see a roach. I am moving out simply because the area is in decline. Houston keeps building public housing in this area, more and more each year and the kids sneak in to use our pool. Sometimes carloads of people show up through the gate and go right to the pool. Not a lot the management can do about this. As far as maintenance, I haven't had any need for them yet. The place was clean and in working order when I moved in. It's not a loud complex and I don't feel unsafe here. The property is well-kept. Apart from the growing sea of lower-income people moving into the area, I don't have any complaints. I've also not had any run-ins with the office staff. I pay my rent on time, so maybe that's why.
