If you are in the market for an apartment you should think twice before moving in here. Although the exterior looks inviting everything else is uninviting. To begin with the manager, Sandy, is nothing short of a witch. There is absolutly no professionalism within the management personel and to have a conversation with anyone there using logic is a chore unto itself.

Recently the apartment above had a terrible water leak, perhaps it was leaking all day. I arrived home at 8:30 and immediatly called the after hours number. This was repeated three times before my call was returned and an hour and a half later someone shows up to take care of the problem. They bring in a crew of teenagers, that barely looked old enough to drive,to clean up the water. Needless to say these guys had no consideration for my personal property as they proceeded to clean up. My request for them to be considerate of my property fell on deaf ears as I had to make sure they did not damage my things. It took the management two weeks to make repairs without even the coutesy of a phone call to let me know their intent.

Thankfully I am now moved out of this complex which was convienant but less than desirable. Think twice before moving in here!

I have lived at this complex since Dec 07 and have been very happy here. Recently the apartment 2 floors above me had a water leak, I called the after hours number and it did take someone a while to get here to check out the cause of the leak but that is understandable. If someone called me in it would take me an hour to get there. Diana came by to make sure everything was okay and that the "cleaners" got there. The 2 men that came to clean up the water had 3 apartments to do that night, mine and the 2 above me and they were courteous and had empathy for me. They ripped out the carpet and padding and made it possible for me to stay in the apartment because I had 2 cats. I felt bad for them because they were having to do this in the middle of the night, they finally left about 12:30am. The men took care when moving my stuff and I have no complaints about the whole incident. It did take about 2 weeks for my apartment to be ??completed?? but the reason is everything needed to be completely dryed out before anything could be done. Sandy was nothing but courteous when I spoke to her about everything. I still enjoy living here and have nothing bad to say about the office staff.

Yeah right anonymous! Quit screwing around with anonymous names Sandy and tell these people the truth!!! Riff raff with all the fixings... Not a place for nice respectable Americans. Move in here, regret it for a long time. You have been warned.

I had a bad experiance with living here. We reported leaks and sogged carpet ..no one ever came to do anything..ever. We tried our best to dry it up ourselves. DONT MOVE HERE! I could go on with the list of reasons why.
