Yes, crime is everywhere but I see no reason inside of those gates. You cant control the area outside but you have to control the area inside. Think of it like a compound. I think the security might need to be improved... a lot.

I agree. When you get the criminal on camera climbing over the fence..well sounds like the fence needs improvement. But no, that would cost money. Sounds like the owners don't really care about the residents, only the bottom line.
