I have resided at several apartment complexes over the years and have never had a problem with the staff until I moved into Lofts at the Ballpark. Since the first week I moved in I have had problems with LATBP losing my rent and then charging me late fees, not fixing maintenance issues, confusing other tenants maintenance issues with mine and then entering my apartment when I m not home and attempting to repair something I never requested. They have even lost their copy of my apartment key and had to change my lock while I was at work so I had to leave work early to pick-up new sets of keys. My neighbors have also shared similar experiences regarding the staff. The communication between the staff is horrible. One employee will tell you one thing and the next another. Franklin always has an attitude like he doest want to help you or even be at work. When you approach the office counter he wont even get up from his desk to help you, you will have to shout to him across the office. Meghan is super friendly in person but never follows up with you. She takes days to respond to you, doesn t do what she says, is very unorganized, and extremely unprofessional. This is the first time that I have truly experienced living in a complex where the staff truly does not care about the tenants. If you are or will be living at LOTBP you must always visit the staff in person, document every conversation and transaction, and follow up with them on a daily basis until they resolve your issue.

They lost my rent 3 months in a row and charged me late fees on every month. I told them that I put it in the drop box on my way out at certain times and dates so they can review the video that I did in fact pay, their response was that the cameras erase the video after 24 hours. I really liked the company that I signed my lease with before they took over. I want to move back in, but not until there is new management.
