THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! STAY AWAY!RUN! GOOOOO!!! DONT LOOK BACK!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   this place does not deserve to be Recognized for anything other than the expensive dirt in which it sits upon. The staff are double faced devils who smile at you and turn around to either ignore your troubles or to simply ignore request/needs. I ran the gamut of problems. First other tenants are snoopier than most people and carry on to actually falsely accuse make up complaints. I was further fined by the HOA for SOMETHING I DID NOT DO!!!!!! A TENNANT WAS JUST MAKING up complaints and they expected me to pay!! What the hell is that' I had problems with the trash pick up, inadequate staff, unclean facility and horrible parking monitoring/no one parks where they are assigned! PLUS someone tried to break into my car in the 24 hour monitored parking lot and multiple cars have been broken into!!! In addition, there are many broken boards around the dog walk and NO ONE EVER seems to want to fix the place. HORRIBLE SCUFFED doors and paint that is not fixed!! SAVE YOU MONEY OR AT LEAST EXPECT TO BE SCREWED!!
