Lofts on Post Oak

Noise, Nugs, and Politics From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 3 responses   I have rented at the Lofts for the past year, and am happy to be leaving. I have repeatedly complained about 2 neighbors on my pool that blast music to the wee hours of the morning, and have asked building management to spray the hallways outside of my apt for either roach or waterbug (some type of big bugs) infestitation on multiple occassions --- my apt has been infested, despite the fact that I never eat or keep food at home. Many of the residents (condo owners) seem unhappy about renters, as they were apparently told when buying that the building would not be rented - can't blame them, I would be unhappy too... I am moving to an upscale apartment building a few blocks away, which is $300 cheaper per month with better amentities (and hopefully less mgmt and resident bs).
