Too Much Crime From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I've been here since sept of 2007 and there is nothing but katrina evacuees all over hanging out in the middle of the parking lot and they won't move. My car has been broken in twice. The gate is alway alway broken the apartments have been broken into through the patio doors. No matter if you live on the first or thrid floor they will jump the bouncy. Drug deals go on, special if your apartment is located at the far coner just check the local police reports. The cops know that the drug dealers and theifs hang out here. The manager is so rude and bitter they give u a key for the pool but they don't tell u it has two lock on it. u have one key they have the other therefore you can't enter the pool only when the decide to open it,and it is never never open. It looks good on the outside but you can't take the getto out of this people. I don't recommed it for people that have kids its not a safe place to be.
