Lurie Apartments: AWESOME From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/31/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I lived in a fourplex at one of Lurie's properties off of Ewing St for about a year until my roomate moved away. It was a great deal for the price and in a great location, too. Our neighbors were great and very friendly with us, and it felt like we were living in a community rather just a standard apt complex. The building's a bit old and we had a plumbing problem, but it was quickly fixed and thus no harm was done. I forgot to lock my car quite a few times and never once was anything stolen whenever I parked it on the street. The guys that did maintenance were always friendly and polite, and overall it was a pleasant place to live.
