First of all, I do not understand the comment about "the getting in and out of the place is a nightmare". The gates are remote accessible and if you can operate a remote, you can enter the parking garage. The exit works on a pressure plate system and all you do is drive upon the pressure plate and the gate will open. The gates are always operational and are in good working condition. The elevators work with a remote as well and this is to limit the accessibility into the building, so once again if you can use a remote you can access the building.
Also, with regards to a homeless person, accessing the property. How is this possible' If you are stating that the property is hard to access. Also, I would think that a resident would want the property to more limited in accessibility.
Also, there is a patrol that walks the property and I personally walk regularly throughout the community. Not once have I seen a homeless person on the property.
I love The MacGregor and I think it is a great place to live.
