My wife and I have lived here since May 2004, and we love it so far! Very safe, and very close to my school in the Texas Medical Center. Most everyone who lives here is young professionals or has very little kids. No need to worry about packs of creepy teenagers roaming the complex, as I have not seen any here!

As this is new construction, we were the first to live in this unit. Therefore, there were a few inevitable problems to overcome, but the management has been very prompt to address any maintenance issues we have had. The manager even called my wife at work to make sure we were happy here. The one girl who we dealt with in leasing our apartment was even so kind as to give us the keys to the loading dock, as we were moving in after the office had closed for the night. She gave us her personal cell phone number so we could call her to return the keys when we were done!

The area is under a lot of redevelopment. Just behind the complex they are tearing down old run-down houses and bulding $350,000 townhomes.

**In response to the two negative reviews of this property: It was not even built in 2000-2001, so they are obviously talking about another apartment complex. To the reviewer who said there was a homeless person in the garage, I have never once seen a homeless person here. They have remote controlled gates, and remote is required to enter the elevators. There are high-tech security cameras EVERYWHERE! In addition, a uniformed security guard is patrolling the garage and the complex from 6pm-6am. If I ever saw a homeless person I would be the first to call the police!
