Loud, pricey, and poor security

I absolutely love my apartment here at the MacGregor, but unfortunately it just has too many strikes against it for me to want to live here anymore.
In my case, I have a horrible neighbor living above me (who also happens to be a member of the management team here). They stomp around upstairs like a herd of elephants!! I have slept with earplugs every night for a year because they stomp around usually until 4 or 5 in the morning. In general, the management team is not rude, they're just snobby. I'm also told that the apartments facing 288 are extremely loud as well.
As for price, it seems pretty standard for areas throughout the medical center, but I expected more for my money. The size of my apartment is great, and I ended up getting a really good deal. However, the elevator is constantly breaking down, the walls are thin, the roads around here are in terrible condition and the security is awful! It seems like every time I wake up in the morning there is a note on my door telling me that another car was broken into.
I started off enjoying my stay here, and it's not a horrible place to live. However, for the price, I don't want to fear my car being broken into and I don't want to wear earplugs every night. There are much better places around for the same price range.
