I've lived here for more than a year now and can confidently say that--having lived in a number of different apartments in Houston the last tens years--this one is the best overall and particularly in terms of management and quality of residents.
The apartments themselves are nice and well-maintained and better-than-average in terms of noise, no doubt in part due to the quality of the clientele.
The clientele itself is very diverse in all senses of the word, and I have yet to come across anyone who could be considered rude or unfriendly.
The manager is without a doubt the most professional I have encountered in Houston or elsewhere.
This place has great access to Hermann Park, 288, and the Med Center.
Amenities are good and well maintained.
Maintenance staff is responsive, friendly and hard-working.
The negative reviews below strike me as VERY hard to believe.
This place is far more secure than any other apartment building I've lived in.
Highly recommended.
