I agree with all of the posts that say overpriced, but what apartment isn't in this rental market'' I have been at The Macgregor for almost 3 years now and after living in other apartments, I will probably not leave until I purchase a home. I have never had a security or safety issue and love the look and feel of my apartment. I used to live on the side away from the freeway and never heard a neighbor or a noise. Now that I live on the 288 side, the cars and sirens are loud, but for me the skyline view is well worth it. The office staff has been great with me as well. The elevator does break down sometimes and all of the dogs on the elevator is annoying at times, but overall it is a great place to live.
