In fact, I find the managment in particular to be very helpful and handy. But thats probably b/c I don't huff around with a scowl on my face all day hating every little thing about my apartment. Don't sweat the small stuff dude! If you are nice to management, they are nice to you! Its the golden rule we all learned in kindergarten.
Also, by "supposively" you probably meant "supposedly". Look it up!

Did you move-out in 2005? If so, you really need to move on. Two years later..get a life.

yougotjohn: Sorry, but the management teams is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. It wasn't that they were impolite, it was that they were clueless. They acted all nice and smiley and dosed to the gills on Prozac. I was the very first tenant to live in my unit. It was plagued with problems from the day I moved in. One of the worst was the fact that the carpet was put in in sections (as expected), but it wasn't taped together. Sections of carpet were coming up. I mentioned this to the management company. Their answer was: Just write it down. We won't bill you for it. I felt like I was dealing with dumb slum lords, not upscale management.
Oh, yougotjohn/Anonymous: Your nasty comments just reinforce my assertion that management is clueless.
