MADISON PARK AND ROCKWELL MANAGEMENT WHAT IS HAPPENING TO YOU' From: hatingmadisonpark06 Date posted: 4/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I remember how this complex used to be years ago ( 2001/2002/2003) and rememeber saying that when my lease runs out that i will move to Madison Park. They used to have a very quiet neighbourhood, with very pleasant residents, the crime rate was low and they strictly enforced their rules....Today.... Madison Park has metamorhosed to something else. Now I am a 2 year resident and if i could i would terminate my lease immediately and move! Good points about Madison park: Nice location, Good parking, free cable, Thats it! Everything else is run down... I dont know what their process for security checks are but lately we have seen more thuggish, and ghetto looking peole moving in as residents... Crime rate is at an all time high, the staff!!!! are soooo rude and unhelpful , infact Tasho , Toya the assistant manager and even the manager ( Sue) act like THEY are the ones doing us ( the residents who pay them and ultimately pay their salaries) a favour. Dont bother asking for maintenance it will take a month! the Trash is every where! the GATES!!!!!! why do the gates stop functioning every other week' WHy do we have pedestrian gates that can lock, yet are constantly open'''' When the gates malfunction WHY do they remain open for weeks'' I dont kno what happened to Rockwell managemanwt, I dont know who enforces the rules, I don't know who hires unqualified office staff ( who by the way lack customer service skills), I know one thing though... I won't be here for much longer. All the loyayl residents ( the good, pleasant, quiet rent-paying ones) HAVE ALL MOVED, if you live in Madison Park, you want safety and a beautiful commnity, PLEASE DO YOURSLF A SERVICE AND MOVE TO MUCH NICER AND COMMUNITIES THAT ARE IN WESTCHASE, i'm joining the band wagin, it;s just going to go downhill from here and at the end of the day, Madison Park will be like it's next door neighbour ( the apartments right across from teh convenience store) thankfully I'llbe out of there by then.
