I don't live here but I was considering it. Im glad they messed me over in the beginning, I saw all the kids running around and when I went to the rental office, I couldn't find parking and that raised a red flag. I will tell all that I know of that's thinking of moving in this area not to rent with them. The office staff is rude when you call in, how can you take someone's money' One had the nerve to lie on me. They kept my check and REFUSED to refund me, even though I didnt move in. Thanks for showing your true colors. I've filed a complaint with the BBB.

You sound like a real piece of work. (1) The lack of parking means a lot of people want to live here because it a good place to live. That seems to be too comlicated for your dinosaur brain to comprehend. (2) I live here and have two children. What dont you like about children? (3) They took your deposit and did not refund it which means you lied about something on your application. You probably did not tell them about your previous evictions or drug dealing convictions or whatever. (4) The BBB will have fun laughing at your "complaint". (5) I live at Madison and am glad they did not let a lying moron in like you. Go live somewhere else.

Obviously you are part of the crooked the office staff that kept my deposit. I was just posting my experience with this complex. Don't get mad at me because you live, excuse me work at a terrible complex, according to the other comments on this page, you seem to be the only one who doesn't see a problem with the complex, your co-workers in the office that you work with. Get a life, better yet, a BETTER job.

The same thing just happened to me. I was promised by Leah that I had an apartment on hold after paying the application fee and 1st month's rent. When I was ready to move in Leah told me that I needed to put down another application fee and 1st month's rent because my file had been there for more than 30 days. She said I couldn't get my 1st month's rent refunded since the money had been moved out of their accounting system. I was never notified that I had a deadline to get my money back-nor did I want to because I was promised and reassured when I called by "honey's" and "Sweetie's" that everything would be ok and Leah will take care of you. With those promises, I thought I would have an apartment waiting for me, since I had already paid the rent. I am subitting a complaint to the BBB as well as the Houston Apartment Association. I did not lie on my application and I was told that the apartment was being held for me to move in. Leah NEVER told me that I couldn't get my money back-nor did I think that I would have to since she was "HOLDING" the apartment for me. I don't think the BBB laughs at people's legitimate complaints-especially when they get more than one complaint on the same place. I also do not think that Madison Park has the right to keep my first month's rent when I did not move in.
Madison Park is doing a wonderful job updating and renovating the roof-leasing office & anemities, but the management company has forgotten to upgrade the most important thing-THE OFFICE STAFF!!!
I would personally like to thank Leah for scamming me and my family out of $100, after giving my son a balloon.

Leah sweet talked us into the terrible place as well. All the honey's and sweeties...so funny...i am cracking up...shes a great leasing agent...I wish she'd take her talent somewhere else because the company she represents makes her seem like a bad person as well being she is a part of their team. She really isnt a bad person and she knows the truth...so honestly...I think the management company in itself sucks...and their poor employees take the flack for the big timers that dont give a SH&* about anyone but their rent checks that roll in monthly!

DEAR MADISON PARK APARTMENT, THIS IS JUST AN HONEST THOUGHT. I AM A RESIDENT AT THE APARTMENT AND HAVE BEEN NOTICING THAT TENANTS ARE JUST MOVING OUT OF THE APARTMENT AT THE EXPIRATION OF THEIR LEASE. WHY IS IT SO.THE FUNNIEST THING IS THAT I SEE THE WAY YOUR STAFFS ARE SO NICE TO POTENTIAL RESIDENT BUT DON'T CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENT THAT THEIR LEASE IS UP.I UNDERSTAND THAT THE YOUNG MAN THAT BOUGHT THE COMPLEX HAS SPENT A LOT OF MONEY RENOVATING IT AND I KNOW HE WANTS TO GET HIS MONEY BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, YOU HAVE TO REALIZE THAT THIS IS A LONG TIME INVESTMENT AND HE CANNOT GET HIS MONEY IN ONE YEAR.AT THE RATE TENANTS ARE MOVING OUT FROM THE COMPLEX, THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY WILL RUN INTO SOME FINANCIAL PROBLEM BECAUSE WHEN ALL THE TENANTS ARE GONE HOW WILL YOU GUYS MAKE THE MONEY.THE RATE AT WHICH YOU GUYS ARE INCREASING YOUR RENT IS TOO MUCH. I DON'T HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH THE STAFFS OR THE COMPLEX, I LIKE BOTH,YOU GUYS HAVE BEEN SO NICE TO ME BUT I MIGHT CONSIDER MOVING OUT LIKE OTHERS IF YOUR RENT INCREASE IS TOO HIGH. IT WILL TAKE A WHILE FOR THE YOUNG MAN THAT BOUGHT THIS COMPLEX TO GET BACK HIS MONEY.JUST YESTERDAY, I SAW THREE POLICE OFFICERS IN THE COMPLEX WHILE I WAS DRIVING AND I NOTICED THAT SOME BODY BROKE INTO A 2007 BMW. ALL THIS INCIDENT WILL BE GIVING THE APARTMENT A BAD RATING AS THE HPD WILL BE LONGING ALL THIS INCIDENT IN THE COMPUTER, THATS NOT GOOD FOR THE APARTMENT IMAGE.PLEASE TRY AND BOOST THE SECURITY IN THE COMPLEX, IT IS ISSUE. ANY STAFF SHOULD FEEL FREE TO COMMENT BACK TO ME THROUGH MY EMAIL.asisexpo@yahoo.com THANKS
