I share a 2 bedroom with my sister and we have had minimal problems. I have lived here for about a year and a half and I love being so close to everything. The grounds are kept clean and there are no large groups of people hanging out everywhere. The maintenance staff responds quickly to issues, even though sometimes they do only fix the cosmetics of the problem. If you live downstairs, you have have the eerie feeling that your neighbors are going to fall through the ceiling if they are a bit on the heavy side. There is nowhere for kids to play and I guess parents notice this and decide not to move here. Hence, very few kids live here. (Goody for me;))
