The management office personnel is friendly and helpful.The maintenace staff is sometimes slow but eventually get to your apt and fix your problem.The price is reasonable and the location is very convenient... close to shopping stores and restaurants and the reliant stadium/medical center!But the most important factor for me is that I feel safe living here because every time I come home from work I see security all the time at the gate and walking around at different times of the day and that makes me feel safe compared to other complexes in the area that dont have security.But you see all type of people loitering around and up to no good and hear about cars gettin broken into.
