I have lived here over two years and I must admit that these apartments are nice. We have had a change in management BUT I feel like the right woman has the job now. These apartments are affordable, decent and QUIET. At times you have noise but if you complain the manager will take care of the problem. I have lived in upscale apartments and due to money I no longer can afford that but these are really nice. P.S. I have never used their laundry facility but I would suggest that you buy a washer/dryer or go off-site.
