Ghetto place, rude office staff, rude manager.

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Full of low class people, cars in the property are very noise (sound system), the property is not safe, staff in the office is very rude, once all of them were out in the pool laydown smoking even the manager with nobody in the in the office had to wait 30 min to pay my rent, manager is so rude, i can hear everything from the other apartaments up and sides, full of ghetto no respect for the others, bad no recomend.
