Great for Young College Students, First Time Apt. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/29/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   This place is great for someone young, maybe their first apartment because it has all the amenities you could ever need. I will say that safety is an issue if you have a nice car so, my suggestion is buy the detached garage. It will save you the drama. The complex is in the process of building access gates which should have happened in the beginning so, hopefully that will keep crime down in this area. The only thing extra is the complex need to have a designated visitor parking for guest within the gates of the complex instead of outside the gates.
