CRAPPY PLACE..PERIOD! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 2 responses   Ok, the only nice reviews here are by the office staff! Thats why in the review it says "Great office Sfatt"! Maybe you MORONS shouldnt make it so obvious! Dumb girls. Anyways, this apartment complex is poorly run, managed and staffed. I HATE IT HERE. I cant sleep because the Louis. people are always outside with the radio on. Roaches are all over the place. Ive had to change 3 apartments because they are so dirty. THEY LOST MY RENT CHECK 2 times! This is seriously a HORRIBLE place to even consider living at. There is A REASON the office staff doesnt live on site. My lease expired in 1 month and I am OUT! Please be aware of the dangers before moving here. My neighbor, (The only other normal person on property) got his apartment broken into 2ce! In 1 MONTH!! This is a horrible place. I cant stress how much I hate it.. I wish there was a -10 button on the rating. The office staff are IDIOTS and the head girl there is a slutty mornon. PLEASE BE AWARE.
