I lived at Mandalay for six months and they will give you the greattest deal to get you in but as far as customer service after that.....bad. I had very noisy neighbors and I complained to the message line and I called the next day. They never called me back nor talked to the guys upstairs. The parking is horrible. I always had to park a couple of buildings down. The pool area is sweet to look at and always clean. I worked out a few times and that part is cool. The looks of this place is great but the service is bad. The apartment itself are very up to date with the flooring and appliances but overall. There is one guy there who seems aloof but he will go the extra mile. Plus there is a hispanic woman (Ven.) that is sweet too. She will return your phone calls. Great place if nothing goes wrong then you got a problem
