From crap to crappy customer service!!

I enjoyed staying at this apartment complex when I first moved because I had a brand new apartment and the staff was nice. After about a year there, my apartment was broken into and the apartment manager was nice enough to let me move to a bigger apartment on the second floor, in another building. Now just about a week ago, my vehicle was broken into and this crappy new staff act as if they could care less. My current lease is up and all they are concerned with is finding a way to charge me excessive fees. Before all the changes, I would have highly recommended Mandalay at Shadowlake (even after apt was broken into, because I stayed another year), but now with the new crappy staff, especially the management, I will definitely never suggest this complex to anyone.
