I sorely miss several former members of the management team...Jason/Franklyn/Erica. I suffered a major problem caused by an upstairs neighbor...fortunately this problem was solved with a good insurance policy and a very accommodating management & maintenance staff. I feel safer there now than I did three years ago...of course I would love to buy some beautiful tires and rims for my car, but I know that the temptation would be too great for trolling petty thieves...so I won't even go there. I agree with the tenant who suggested the doggie bag stations through-out the property, this would help a lot. My neighbors are the best!!! Although I must admit that the back of the property has a much different atmosphere from the front. I've lived in both. The front feels a lot less complicated. If I have a problem of any size or dimension I notify the management team...not my neighbors, and they are quick to resolve it...........This is just MY experience at Mandalay@Shadowlake. Oh yeah, one more thing...along with the doggie poo bag stations, it would be so nice if Laramar/Mandalay would have recycling bins so that we could begin to GO GREEN!
