the first day i moved in, the apartment was infected with fleas. my guests that had helped me move were all flea-bitten. i thought they were crazy until i saw an actual flea land on my arm! i called the management to come spray - they said that they wouldnt come and would charge me if i was the cause of the fleas... i know the previous tenant had pets because the wood trim moulding around the doors had claw marks. they didnt even bother fixing it with wood fillers. they just painted over it white. the washers and dryers do not work. at least 4 of the washers get stuck when you put quarters in. you lose your money in the machines and they do not start. the dryers take 2 cycles to dry. there were 8 dryer, now only 2 work. the rest have out-of-order signs on them. there are no parking available. when you ask the managment for parking passes for your guest, they either tell you they dont know where the passes are kept or you cant have one. the tenants grill bbq outside in the halls way and the managment does nothing. the trash does not get picked up and the landscaping is an eye sore. the staff is nice. the manager is not.
