Anybody that is actually comfortable staying in the Mansions and believes that they are "NICE" is very low budget and has a poor standard of living. The Mansions are crap... you can read the lease ALL DAY forward or backwards. It does not make up for the property being old...and not kept up. It is not and excuse for management to be completely clueless, rude, idiots. I stayed at the Mansions for 8 months. Within that 8 mth period... My air condition leaked EVERY day... filling up buckets of water in my second bathroom..... It was repaired over 20 times and replaces with a new unit. It still continued to leak to the point that the bathroom was not usable. The outlets in the apartment did not work. You plug in a cord and it falls directly out of the wall'''' The windows leak water....if it rains to hard'' I could go on and on about how low class these apartments are.... I will reiterate... ANYBODY that "thinks" the Mansions are nice is LOW CLASS... and obviously is not use to nice quality things.... SO ENJOY!!! Anybody with sense... DO NOT lease the Mansions... They are old... ill kept... not worth the rent being charged. I PROMISE!

While not necessarily being at the point of needing to be condemned, I agree. The place is really showing it's age.. and BADLY. Mosaic supposedly bought the property and planned on turning it around with renovations etc. To be honest.. what the place REALLY needs is to have more money dumped into renovating and replacing the A/Cs, ALL of the electrical, and ALL of the plumbing. Getting black appliances and faux wood flooring is nice and all but it's basically spraying perfume on a turd. It's still a turd, albeit a slightly nicer smelling one and even then, the perfume fades and all you're left with is the same turd as before. Unfortunately I think replacing all the things I said before is more money that Mosaic is willing to shell out for this property.

If you want "luxury", then you're going to have to pay for it. I just moved in over the weekend and I can honestly say that I scoured the entire area when doing my apartment search, and these were the best I could come across for the money. No, they are not perfect, but I think you're expecting to get filet mignon at McDonalds. My advice to you, Miss Thang, is go find yoursel a luxury apartment comunity where you can spend $1100 a month in rent and maybe you will finally find someplace where you can be happy.
