"Stay Away Reviewer is full of beans" From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2006   If you read the "Stay Away" reviewer you would think that the electric bill is $800.00 a month....PLEASE....this is baloney! I have lived at the Mansions for years and there is no way an electric bill could be that high ! Yes, there are problems with this complex, but no more so than most other places in Houston.
