Not recommended From: Jual2005 Date posted: 1/29/2007 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007   Intro: I lived there from 02 to 07 (more than 4 years, shame on me). Just moved out in Jan 07. The good: Very strategic location. The bad: -Old properties, not really well maintained. -Maintenance were always slow response or no response at all. -Electric bills were always very high for not known reason (meter, insulations or whatever). It's not only me, my neighbors had same problem. -More and more crimes, it's un-gated complex, so be careful! Conclusion: -Think twice or more before signing contract with them. -Not recommended at all. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
