50/50 From: 7and7and7 Date posted: 7/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   I've lived in every size apartment the Mansions has to offer; I started out in a 2/2 for a year, then transferred to a 1/1 and lived there for a year and a half. I moved out of the state for a year and moved right back in to a 2/1, and I've been living in this apartment for a year. I noticed a change as soon as I moved back... it's not as nice as it was even two years ago. It's a fairly safe neighborhood and I've never had any problems with my neighbors, but there's still something about it that makes me want to move. I've loved living here, but I won't be renewing my lease. There are so many windows in every apartment that electric bills are astronomical, and there's nothing you can do about it unless you don't like natural light and are willing to competely close off your windows with curtains and blinds. Even though the neighborhood is peaceful, I still won't let my daughter play outside. It's a shame this property isn't as great as it used to be, but it's still a long way from being a bad place to live. You could definitely do worse.
