Turning things around! From: Robnhud Date posted: 6/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008 1 response   I've noticed that this complex has done a COMPLETE 180 since the new Managment company (Mosaic) has taken over. For once, it seems as though we finally have a managment team who genuinly cares for their residents' needs. For instance, I moved into a bottom floor apartment and we had ants march in from the outside. I asked the new Assistant Manager, Michael, about how ofter the pest people come to spray. He said that he'd find out for me and get right on it. 3 hours later the guy showed up to spray. A year ago, it would have been 2-3 weeks. Michael was definately on the ball! Every maintenance request is addressed in a timely fashion, if they don't have a certain part they need they at least kept me informed as to when it would arrive and when they can complete the repair. The complex is going through a massive renovation at the moment and the newer units are spectacular. Marble countertops in both the kitchen and bathrooms (BYE BYE FORMICA!!!) and black appliances add a nice piece of class to a once classless unit. There's still some work that needs to be done around here but from the looks of things, that won't be an issue for too much longer. My wife and I were considering moving before, but now we're staying.
