Excellent From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   I have been living at the Maroneal for a very long time. I have had the best service that I have ever had in an apartment. They have done all of my service requests normally on the same day or call me to let me know that it will be done the next morning. My car was broken into at a different community who's gates were never broken, but it happens. No one will guarantee your safty and you cant blame that on the management. They have always been willing to help me and the Saturday breakfast are a great place for the residents to talk to the managment.
