So far so good... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/3/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have been living here around 3 months and I really love this location. It is very close to the medical center with quick access to the highways. My apartment is very quiet and the building is quiet as well. I do hear the guy above me walking around, but I think that is pretty typical and I have learned to tune it out. The workout room is small with limited equipment, so if you have huge plans on getting fit this might not be the location. The computers or "business center" is a disaster, so don't plan on doing anything serious. There are only 2 computers and one is usually not working and the other is so slow you could probably run to the pizza place and order before you found their number on the internet using the computer. Their conference room is nice and usually occupied by a study group. The pool is great in the evenings, but the weekends during the summer you can't even get through the gate because there are so many families in the pool area. If you have vague plans of sipping lemonade and getting a great tan by the pool this might not be the place for you. The parking garage is nice and I am usually (85% of the time) able to get a parking space on the floor adjacent to my apartment. Regardless of what floor I park the walk is not far. The apartment complex has a security guard that walks the perimeter and sits in the garage. While this does not prevent crime, I do feel he is pretty attentive to whatýs going on in the complex. I have passed him several times when I'm out jogging, so I know he actively pursues the area. The parking garage gates do have problems from time to time (always open)-- this does annoy me. I have not had a maintenance issue, thus I have not needed repairs so please ignore that score. Overall, I am very happy with my choice to live here
